This design-build project includes the demolition and replacement of existing concrete walkways and accessible parking stalls located between the campus bus stop and the upcoming Library Student Resource Center. The work ensures full compliance with current California Building Code (CBC) accessibility standards, specifically under CBC 11B-202.4 Exception 4 and 5, focused on barrier removal. The project is a key component of the campus modernization effort and supports access to future facilities.
